We’re looking for a student assistant to join our Commercial Operations team (Marketing, sales, and finance), reporting to our Sales Operations Specialist. 

You must be eager to learn and grow your analytical toolbox in parallel with your studies. You have probably at least one year left in your Master’s-degree, with a strong focus on data science, statistics, or similar. Having previous experience with CRM systems and marketing tools in a previous role is a plus, but not necessary.

You will structure most of your work and processes yourself, it’s a big advantage if you are self-driven, have excellent analytical skills, and are comfortable making decisions independently. Of course, we will facilitate the sparring and inputs you need to grow and succeed.

The Business Intelligence Analyst that joins our organisation will potentially be offered a full time position once his/her/them education has concluded. 

English skills are required as several different nationalities are in the office, and you’ll be working with international colleagues.

Your responsibilities🎯

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Analyzing sales and marketing data across the entire sales funnel – from marketing qualified leads to closed contracts.
• Collect data points and perform Cohort analysis to provide conversion rate data between segments, persona, geography, etc.
• Update Power BI (or similar) to visualize performance and assist sales and marketing management to make better decisions based on data.
• Driving insights for the entire organisation by interviewing customers & potential customers - both the ones we win and lose to improve processes, value propositions, and the product.
• Your role and responsibilities will most likely grow over time as we scale.
