What we are looking for

We hire when we’ve found the right candidate. If you are a proactive and dynamic sales specialist who would like to manage the end-to-end sales process, this is a great opportunity for you! You will act as our primary point of contact and will develop a trusted relationship with clients in the United States. As Account Executive, you will create and execute new sales strategies impacting Blackbirds’ growth and revenue goals.

What You'll Do

  • A to Z Sales process management: from prospecting, generating proposals, onboarding customers, retaining existing customers to carrying a quota
  • Build a healthy pipeline by phone, email, and other channels. The goal is to increase our visibility in the United States.
  • Prospect for new accounts and close them, as well as service current accounts to cross-sell additional solutions.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of each client’s business. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and features.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Assist in the creation, development, and optimization of sales processes.
  • Prepare for sales presentations (demos), aligning with the target audience.

 

As the ideal candidate, you are…

  • A college graduate with a degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experienced, you have been exposed to a background in sales for 1 to 3 years (software sales is a plus, but not essential).
  • Motivated, have the curiosity and desire to become an expert within the field.
  • Driven, accountable, and can-do attitude.
  • Efficient in building rapport with both customers and colleagues.

 

Nice to have

  • Passionate about sales and /or technology - no need to be a tech expert.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus. This includes experience selling to a range of industries
  • Desire and ability to work hands-on with products.

The target total compensation for this role is $90-160.000 USD based on experience. We offer base pay and a competitive uncapped commission structure - hard work will be rewarded🧐
