What we are looking for

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and skillful creative designer to join our energetic team as Blackbird continues its exciting journey and growth. We're looking for a graphic designer to join our Marketing team, reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager.

As the ideal candidate, you are probably working as a freelancer. You have experience working with Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop. You have a creative and commercial mindset and a solid visual identity interest.

Working at Blackbird is unlike any position in a big corporation where you'll be a small piece in a big puzzle. At Blackbird, you'll be essential in creating creative ad material to share our product and solutions with prospective customers.

What You'll Bring

• An exciting and engaging portfolio of your design work.
• Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
• Desire to contribute to our culture and motivation for developing design skills.

Bonus Points (nice to have, but not required)

• Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising.
• Experience with driving leads/growth through social creatives.
• One to two years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role. Experience at a tech company is a plus.

English skills are required as several nationalities are in the office, and you'll be working with international colleagues.

What will you do🎯

As a Graphic & Advertising Designer, your tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop digital content that maintains, supports, and elevates our visual identity.
• Create attractive digital and print creatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Create and implement unique and strategic marketing materials that expand on the creative team's vision
